Modernist Style Country House,
Buckinghamshire

The original Georgian house burnt down in the early-twentieth century and was rebuilt in the 1960s in a modernist style that did not reflect the local vernacular. The design restores the status of the property within the village, re-facing the structure in brick and stone to create a new, Greek Revival house.

The design comprises refurbishment and remodelling of existing house including complete replacement of façade, extensive alterations to interior arrangement, internal remodelling of the principal rooms, replacement of all services, fittings and finishings and the swimming pool.
