Project management
SelwayJoyce will always offer a gold star bespoke service as they become the voice of the client throughout the development process. Our first task is to understand the client’s objectives and requirements, including quality, deadlines, etc, then to investigate the options available and then to initiate a programme to achieve success.

We organise the design team structure, framework and lines of communications to suit the project. We lead from the front and harness and promote goodwill within the design team.

Employer’s agent
As employer’s agent we manage the procurement and construction phase of a project which has usually been let under a design and construct contract.

Throughout the project SelwayJoyce will:

  • Establish the client’s requirements.
  • Scrutinise and agree the contractor’s proposals.
  • Provide the client with information to enable him to make decisions.
  • Ensure the client’s requirements are met.
  • Act as the link between client and contractor.
  • Promote teamwork.
