Insurance and building valuations
SelwayJoyce gives advice to building owners on a variety of insurance related matters including:
- Reports and valuations for reconstruction and repair costs for insurance claims, eg. in the case of fire or subsidence damage.
- Advice on the level of insurance cover in the event of total destruction to cover demolition work and reconstruction.
- Budgeting/procurement advice for reconstruction of fire damaged property.
- Liaison with loss adjuster to ensure a smooth and efficient transition into reconstruction by negotiation or re-tender as appropriate
