Project Horizon, BAT, Southampton – the rationalisation and refurbishment of existing R&D buildings
A two phase development – first phase involving demolition and clearance of part of the site for future development; the second the refurbishment and remodelling of three existing buildings (totalling nearly 20,000m²) to form laboratories, manufacturing and testing areas, offices and restaurant together with major rationalisation of site services and infrastructure works.
