Farming Estate, Cotswolds,
Oxfordshire
A project that involved the regeneration of a Cotswold farming estate. Central to the scheme was the refurbishment of the principal property and the creation of a new extension and link building. These were designed in response to local building traditions.
Elsewhere on the site, several semi-derelict farm buildings and the four other listed houses were restored for use as estate accommodation. The surrounding grounds were carefully re-landscaped and modern farm structures were demolished.
