Demolition and asbestos-strip of redundant, and low-return, retail and food outlets, and construction of the new six storey, 100,000ft2 office with basement parking in the centre of Southampton, part of a major redevelopment of the Guildhall Square area of the city. 

The project was built to institutional standards achieving a BREEAM very good rating.
