Four year rolling programme to upgrade existing building fabric on Procter & Gamble’s Rusham Park Technical Centre site. Works generally comprising removing existing single glazed curtain walling and replacing with a new double glazed aluminium system, including solar shading and solar control glass and upgrading roof insulation together with internal office/laboratory refurbishment.
This project forms part of Procter & Gamble’s global carbon reduction programme aimed to reduce carbon use by increasing energy efficiency of existing building stock.
